Moscow police violently broke up an event dedicated to jailed Russian anti-war artist Alexandra Skochilenko and featuring her art and books. Florida's #DontSayGay policy could be expanded into high school.

The proposal does not require legislative approval. It is scheduled for a state Board of Ed. vote next month.
