In Translation: Reading and Discussion

Join a panel of local poets (Iris Rinke-Hammer, Alina Stefanescu, Desai Ogada, Daniel Blokh, Maria Vargas) as they read in a language other than English. No translations!

After the reading, poets will participate in a discussion about writing in another language and translating, and the difficulties of existing in a world which tries to privilege English above all else.

The event is free and open to the public.
