PEN America is excited to partner with Barnes & Noble this year to kick off national Banned Books Week. Join bestselling authors Kalynn Bayron, and Ryan La Sala to hear about their experiences writing from children and young adults. The event will be hosted at Barnes & Noble’s Union Square store in New York City on Sunday, September 22 from 3-5pm. The event will include a Q&A with the authors moderated by PEN America’s Freedom to Read Program Director, Kasey Meehan, followed by a book signing with all authors.
