Tricia Scott-Goodchild serves as PEN America’s Human Resources Operations Manager. She brings a wealth of knowledge in both Human Resources and office administration having overseen day-to-day operations in different industries including nonprofit, finance, and construction. Scott-Goodchild holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Human Resources Management.
