Eric Boyd

Eric Boyd is a winner of a PEN Prison Writing Award and Slice Magazine‘s Bridging the Gap Award. His stories are in Joyland, Guernica, Hobart, and The Offing; in addition, his work appeared in the anthology Prison Noir (Akashic Books). He is the editor of The Pittsburgh Anthology (Belt Publishing).

Boyd holds an MFA from The Writer’s Foundry. He is a longtime mentor within the PEN Prison Writing program and is currently on the board of Chatham University’s Words Without Walls prison program.
