Wendy Wimmer is an author and editor living in Wisconsin. Her debut short story collection Entry Level: Stories received the 2021 Autumn House Fiction Prize from judge Deesha Philyaw. She received a Black Mountain Institute fellowship and doctorate from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas.
