Irene Xanthoudakis has 20 years of development experience, including work in the U.S. and internationally. Her passions include driving resources toward building a more equitable world and she has supported programming in early childhood development, strengthening education systems and gender and racial justice. In her most recent role, as Director on the Foundation Partnerships team at UNICEF USA, Irene led a workstream of five, responsible for developing and managing multi-million-dollar, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
Irene holds a Master of Public Administration from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies and American History from Barnard College. She lives in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn with her husband and cat.
