Daniel Handler’s new novel for adults is We Are Pirates (Bloomsbury), which Neil Gaiman describes as Handler’s “strangest, most brilliant offering yet.” This spring will also see the publication, by the Museum of Modern Art, of Hurry Up and Wait, co-authored with Maira Kalman. In the fall, the final installment in a quartet of mysteries that comprise Lemony Snicket’s All The Wrong Questions series will be published by Little, Brown Books for Young Readers. Its sequel, A Series of Unfortunate Events, is being developed by Netflix as an original series.
