Walker’s experience spans education, workforce, and healthcare policy, with direct engagement with lawmakers, congressional staff, and advocacy partners at the highest levels.
Walker holds a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Economics, and Legal Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
