Cassandra Jackson

Cassandra Jackson is a Professor of English at the College of New Jersey and the author of four books. Her latest, The Wreck: A Daughter’s Memoir of Becoming a Mother won the Hurston/Wright Legacy Award for Memoir, the Willie Morris Award for Southern Writing, and was shortlisted for the Saroyan Prize. She lives in New Jersey with her spouse and two children.
