In many parts of Africa, humor and satire are still a protest art. Gado, celebrated cartoonist, animator, and the mastermind behind Kenya’s evening satirical puppet show XYZ, is proof of that. Gado will facilitate the workshop that interrogates the question: does protest art have any future?
