The Life & Work of Albert Camus

Join us in commemorating the 70th anniversary of Albert Camus’ one and only trip to the United States and New York City. PEN America and the Center for the Study of Transformative Lives present Elizabeth Hawes, author of the recent biography Camus, A Romance, who will talk about her pursuit of Camus and his impact on his readers. A Q&A will follow the presentation.

More information about ‘Camus: A Stranger in the City,’ a city-wide series of events can be found at facebook.com/CamusNYC2016.

This is a free event, but reservations are required. Please RSVP here.

Co-presented by PEN America and the Center for the Study of Transformative Lives at New York University.
