PEN Out Loud: Moshe Kasher x Mayim Bialik

With a touch for both the fantastic and funny, Moshe Kasher’s new memoir, Subculture Vulture, explores life in the American reality– in all of its messy and unexpectedly heartfelt glory. Kasher’s memoir takes a journey through the many puzzle pieces that make Kasher who he is: from his upbringing in a deaf and Jewish household, to his time as a fifteen-year old AA sensation, to the party scene of the 90s, and the comedy scene of now. Join us for a conversation with Moshe Kasher and Mayim Bialik about the ridiculous contradictions of American culture, the ongoing search for community, and the importance of diving in.

The conversation will be followed by an audience Q&A and book signing.
