Due to an unexpected conflict, Ivan Klima will not be able to attend this year’s festival.

Celebrated Czech novelist and playwright Ivan Klima talks about the intersection of literature and politics with Myla Goldberg, musician, novelist and fellow chronicler of Prague. With Klima’s memoir, My Crazy Century, as a starting point, this session will explore writing about the political, writing about the sublime, and the writing about all that is between the two.
