Stephen Sestanovich is a professor of international diplomacy at Columbia University as well as the George F. Kennan Senior Fellow for Russian and Eurasian Studies at the Council On Foreign Relations.

Kimberly Marten is a professor of political science at Barnard College, a faculty member at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, and the Deputy Director for Development at Columbia’s Harriman Institute for Russian, Eurasian, and East European Studies.

Mark Galeotti is a Clinical Full Professor of Global Affairs at the Center for Global Affairs at New York University. He is an expert and prolific author on transnational crime and Russian security affairs.

Julia Ioffe is a senior editor of The New Republic and specializes in Russian affairs. Stephen Holmes (moderator) is the Walter E. Meyer Professor of Law at New York University.
