Lê Trung Khoa is an editor and founder of Thoibao.de, a Germany-based outlet. As part of the same case targeting blogger Do Van Nga, Vietnamese authorities sentenced Khoa to 17 years in absentia on December 31, 2025 as the “mastermind and ringleader," accusing him of "making, storing, spreading information, materials, items for the purpose of opposing the state."
