Poet and multimedia artist Khin Thet Htar Latt, also known as Nora, was arrested and detained on March 27, 2021, while taking part in a peaceful protest led by poets on Pansodan Road in downtown Yangon. During these protests, poets held public readings and sold poems and artwork to creatively oppose the February 1 military coup. She was conditionally released on March 30, 2021, after being held for three days.
