Abbas Daghagheleh

Abbas Daghagheleh is a rapper belonging to the Ahvazi ethnic minority. Daghagheleh's music deals thematically with social topics such as poverty and minority rights. He was arrested in a home raid in October 2025. He was taken to an unknown location and his family had no information about his status for days. Daghagheleh was released on bail in the same month, later disclosing that he had experienced torture in detention.
