Sascha Molokostova is the head of product at Kronika. She leads product strategy across a portfolio of archival products and tools built to protect endangered media heritage and support independent journalism.
Sascha has spent her career at the intersection of technology, civil society, and human rights. She co-founded several humanitarian projects aiding refugees and displaced people across Europe. Earlier in her career, she held product and strategy roles at consulting and commercial companies, where she developed management and strategic skills that she later applied in the nonprofit sector.
A John Smith Trust Fellow and alumna of the “Future Leaders of Russia” program, Sascha brings both personal investment and a deeply international perspective to her work at Kronika. She holds a Master of Science in Social Sciences from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Sciences from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
