Melysa Hierro is the human resources coordinator at PEN America. Her passion for helping others has led her to the field of human resources. Most recently, Hierro worked as a recruiter at Manpower, a national staffing provider dedicated to serving others by providing meaningful employment, career resources, and development opportunities based on one’s career goals. Her background consists of recruitment and serving clients and community partners in various industries across the five boroughs. Hierro holds a BS in Human Development from the State University of New York at Oswego.
