Maurice Manning has published eight books of poetry, most recently, Snakedoctor. A Pulitzer prize finalist and a former Guggenheim fellow, Manning teaches at Transylvania University in Lexington, KY. Along with co-creator Steve Cody, Manning is the host of The Grinnin’ Possum Podcast, featuring poetry, old-time music, and history.
