Lila Azam Zanganeh

Lila Azam Zanganeh was born in Paris to Iranian parents. She moved to the United States to teach cinema, literature and Romance languages at Harvard University. Her first book, The Enchanter: Nabokov and Happiness (Penguin Press), was published internationally and is forthcoming in the near East and China. The Enchanter is the recipient of the Roger Shattuck Prize for Criticism, awarded each year by the Center for Fiction. Lila is completing a novel set in seven colors and titled A Tale for Lovers & Madmen. She is fluent in seven languages and lives and works in NYC.
