Katrinka Moore

Katrinka Moore is honored to be a PEN American Prison Writing Program mentor and thrilled to have been awarded, with her mentee Seth Wittner, the PEN America/L’Engle-Rahman Prize for Mentorship. Moore is the author of three poetry books—Wayfarers, Numa, and Thief—that include lyric and visual poems and collages. Her chapbook, This is Not a Story, won the New Women’s Voices Prize. She is a volunteer for Reclaim Our Vote and Vote Forward. A native Texan, she lives with her husband in New York City and Manor Kill, NY.
