Katrina Caldwell, Ph.D., has more than 31 years of senior leadership experience inside large, complex higher education institutions. She is the Founder and CEO of All In Consulting Group (AICG), a boutique consulting firm that works with campus leaders on culture diagnostics, trust repair, and sustained organizational change.
Before launching AICG, Dr. Caldwell served as Vice Provost for Diversity and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer at Johns Hopkins University, where she advised the President, Provost, and Board of Trustees through some of the institution’s most contested moments around campus climate, expression, and community trust. Prior to Hopkins, she served as the inaugural Vice Chancellor for Diversity and Community Engagement at the University of Mississippi, a flagship, Research I institution where navigating the tension between free expression and institutional harm was not theoretical.
