Writer/artist Dan Goldman is based in Brooklyn, NY where he’s spent the last decade producing graphic novels, writing videogames and screenplays, and experimenting with digital art-tools and distribution models. His most recent project, Priya’s Shakti, an augmented-reality comic experience, uses Hindu iconography to address sexual violence in contemporary Indian culture. An instant viral sensation, the comic began a national dialogue in India (and abroad) about the treatment of rape survivors. This year Dan will produce new installments of the series along with the second Red Light Properties graphic novel and the debut of a new comic series he is currently writing with artist Andrew Drilon.
