Christopher Atamian writes, directs and translates. He produced the OBIE Award–winning play “Trouble in Paradise,” directed MTV music videos and several festival-bound short films. As a video artist, he participated in the 2009 Venice Biennale. Atamian has received two Tölölyan Literary Prizes and an Ellis Island Medal of Honor. He has translated six books from French and Western Armenian, and also acts as Co-director of Atamian Hovsepian Curatorial Practice.
