Peter Bin is an anarchist and the chairperson of the Asian Pacific Islander Cultural Alliance (APICA), the first civil rights organization for incarcerated Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) people in Massachusetts. In addition, he is the first incarcerated AAPI to testify at the Massachusetts State House to end life sentences for individuals convicted of felony murder-joint venture. He has published poetry and essays, including “Pick Up or Delivery’” and “A Mothers Love,” in APICA newsletters, which are sent to prisons, colleges, and organizations across the United States.
