Rowena He

He is the author of Tiananmen Exiles: Voices of the Struggle for Democracy in China. She also worked as a professor at several universities including Hong Kong University and Harvard University. In May 2023, her book was removed from all Hong Kong public libraries and her visa renewal to Hong Kong was rejected for alleged “collusion with foreign powers.”
