Janet Lee is the human resources senior manager at PEN America. She brings a wealth of experience in various human resources functions and project coordination. Most recently, she worked for a youth mentoring nonprofit serving New York City’s public school students. Previously, she worked in operations with a focus on employee experience and development in the restaurant and retail industries. Lee holds a BA in anthropology with a minor in Asian studies from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
