    Maayan Dauber comes to PEN America with seven years of experience in fundraising. After finishing a Ph.D. in English at Princeton University, Maayan joined the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) development team, where she oversaw their Major Gifts and Patron Programs. Following BAM, Maayan worked at America Friends of the Israel Philharmonic, raising money along the East Coast and Canada from foundations, corporations, and individuals.
