Catherine Crump is a staff attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union’s Speech, Privacy & Technology Project and a non-residential fellow at the Stanford Center for Internet and Society.

She litigates cases on many issues, including challenges to invasive government surveillance programs and protections of the right to engage in political protest.
