Kids watch the José Limón Dance Company perform excerpts from Limón’s classic, The Winged, participate in a movement workshop, and join in a conversation with the author and illustrator of the Tomás Rivera Award-winning book José! Born to Dance.

Co-presented with the Tomás Rivera Mexican American Children’s Book Award, the José Limón Dance Company, and Sugar Hill Children’s Museum of Art & Storytelling
