 100 Amazing Facts About the Negro by Henry Louis Gates, Jr.

Henry Louis Gates, Jr. will discuss his body of work and his latest book, 100 Amazing Facts About the Negro, a collection of vignettes about the black experience in the United States and around the globe.

Henry Louis Gates, Jr. is an American literary critic, teacher, historian, filmmaker, and public intellectual who currently serves as the Alphonse Fletcher University Professor and Director of the Hutchins Center for African and African American Research at Harvard University.

Seating at this dinner will be limited and available by making a donation to PEN America.
