Voice For A Free Press

PEN America Members, journalists, Northern Kentucky University and Thomas More University students, community leaders, and local government officials joined together at the World Peace Bell at SouthBank Partners in Newport for an international “voices for a free press” celebration on Sunday, December 9, from 4pm to 6pm. Northern Kentucky Tribune will lead a community “speak in” about the free press, along with refreshments and snacks—with the opportunity to speak open to all. Bring signs, bring ideas, and bring community to stand in solidarity with journalists and a free press in your city and your country.
