Rachel Fershleiser

Rachel Fershleiser heads publisher outreach at Tumblr. Previously she was Community Manager at Bookish and Director of Public Programs at Housing Works Bookstore Cafe, where she now serves on the board of directors. She is the co-creator of Six-Word Memoirs and co-editor of The New York Times Bestseller Not Quite What I Was Planning and three other books. You may also know her from her soup zine “Stock Tips” or her TEDx talk “Why I <3 the Bookternet.”

Maris Kreizman

Maris Kreizman is a publishing outreach lead at Kickstarter. She was previously the editorial director of digital content for Barnes & Noble/NOOK. She is a writer and critic whose work has appeared on BuzzFeedThe Hairpin, Vulture, Medium, Vol. 1 Brooklyn and more. She’s also the creator of Slaughterhouse 90210, a blog and soon-to-be book (Flatiron Books, 2015) that celebrates the intersection of literature and pop culture.

Kevin Nguyen

Kevin Nguyen is the editorial director at Oyster and edits The Oyster Review. He writes a book review column for Grantland and has been published online in The Paris Review, The New Republic, and elsewhere. In a past life, he ran the Best Books of the Month program at Amazon and was the founding editor of The Bygone Bureau.
