One Book, One New York: Authors in Conversation

If there’s one thing all New Yorkers can stand behind, it’s great literature. The 2018 One Book, One New York campaign launch featured finalists Esmeralda Santiago, (When I was Puerto Rican), Imbolo Mbue (Behold the Dreamers), Hari Kunzru (White Tears), Jennifer Egan (Manhattan Beach), and film director Barry Jenkins (Moonlight), who is making a film of the late James Baldwin’s If Beale Street Could Talk. Moderated by Jennifer Finney Boylan. Vote for One Book at www.nyc.gov/onebook.
