Not My Father’s Son with Alan Cumming, Monday September 28 Invitation

You are invited to a private dinner with award-winning actor, activist, and New York Times bestselling author Alan Cumming. The dinner will be hosted by Jeanmarie and Billy Fenrich on Monday, September 28 at 6:30pm and all proceeds will benefit the PEN American Center. 

Alan will discuss his memoir Not My Father’s Son. Written with wit and candor, this brave exploration of the actor’s abusive relationship with his father and journey to discover his maternal grandfather’s story is a fascinating look at identity, and the long-lasting effects of familial relationships across the generations, a “clear-eyed, often moving account of both his terrifying childhood and his recent attempts to come to terms with his past.”
