Euphoria with Lily King, Saturday February 28

You are invited to a private dinner with Whiting Writers’ Award recipient and novelist Lily King. The dinner will be hosted by Danielle Truscott and Andy Kaufman on Saturday February 28, 2015 at 7:30pm and all contributions will go to PEN American Center.

Lily will talk about her latest book about the life of Margaret Mead, Euphoria.  “Euphoria is a meticulously researched homage to Mead’s restless mind and a considered portrait of Western anthropology in its primitivist heyday. It’s also a taut, witty, fiercely intelligent tale of competing egos and desires in a landscape of exotic menace — a love triangle in extremis.”
