[WEBINAR] Educating the Latino Voter

"Educating the Latino Voter" pink and dark blue striped background cartoon hand submitting ballot

The Georgia Hispanic Bar Association, Hispanic Young Professionals & Entrepreneurs, and PEN America come together to bring you a meaningful discussion about crucial topics surrounding Latino voters. During this nonpartisan virtual discussion, you will learn about voter rights, the importance of language access at the polls, how to combat misinformation in the media, and what to expect leading up to the 2020 election. We hope that this nonpartisan discussion brings us together to not only become more informed voters, but also engage our communities in the electoral process. We look forward to seeing you there. If you plan to tweet about the event, follow us on Twitter at @penamerica and use the hashtag #WhatToExpect2020.

This event is free and open to the public. Please confirm your registration at the Zoom link below. For more information, contact Hannah Waltz, Media Literacy Training Coordinator, at [email protected].
